New web site coming tomorrow

If all goes according to plan, I will be launching the new web site tomorrow, which includes the Daily Scoop. Please be patient as I work all the bugs out. Let me know if you dont receive the Daily Scoop, or if any information from your department gets lost in the transition. There will not be much change in actual content to begin with, but there are more things we will be able to do with the site once its up and running, including a password protected Tribal Members section and rss feeds, etc. Thanks!!! : ).

Hi,
My name is Kristy Krise, and I have lived on the Squaxin Reservation for 19 years.  I am working with the Young Adult Assessment Team, and have done some volunteer work with the Squaxin youth.  I enjoy working with the kids!
I am currently attending Olympic College, working on getting my degree in accounting.  My future goal is to be a Certified Public Accountant. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Hi,
My name is Nick Cooper, and I am on the Young Adult Assessment Team.  I am involved in this program to help the youth and the community, and to better the reservation for our future members.  I really enjoy being a part of this
program. So, that’s it for me!
Nick

Idea for the week:
Make vegetables interesting by adding some crunch! Sprinkle slivered almonds or other nuts on steamed vegetables. Add toasted peanuts or cashews to a vegetable stir-fry in place of meat.
