Transportation
The 2008 Tribal Leaders Summit will be providing round-trip transportation at no cost for individuals attending the summit. Please click on the link to Capital Aeroporter below and follow the directions, or call 1-800-962-3579 to make your reservations.
If calling, please tell Capital Aeroporter staff to place the letters “TLS” in the Reservation and that you are with a pre-existing group.

Once at the Capital Aerporter site, click the “reservations button”.
Next scroll to the bottom of the page and enter “TLS” in the “Group, Corporate or
Frequent Rider ID” box. Click Go.
Click on the appropriate button, if you want travel both from and to the airport, click “Arrival-roundtrip”
Fill in the flight information.
Click Continue
Make sure “Shared Ride Van service” is marked.
Click Continue
Make sure the return “Shared Ride Van service” is marked
Mark the suggested pick up time
Click Continue
Fill out the yellow boxes.
Make sure direct billing is marked.
If you have additional friends and family traveling with you, not registered for the Tribal Leaders Summit, you may re-enter the information and use a credit card to pay for their shuttle service.
Please make sure the name you use is the same one as on your registration information. We will check the registration list for your name for the courtesy shuttle.
Click “Continue" to book this reservation.
When you arrive at the Seattle airport (SEA-TAC) there will be a desk to go to on the South End of the baggage claim area. More directions will be provided with your reservation.
